Kellie Rosati

Resident Yoga Teacher

Trained as a professional dancer, Kellie Rosati has been using yoga as a healing practice for her mind, body and spirit for almost a decade. As a graduate of Marymount Manhattan College’s Dance and Theatre departments, Kellie has gone on to perform and teach dance throughout tristate area. She is most proud of her work with Park Playhouse, where she has performed in several summer seasons and has choreographed musicals for their pre-professional youth program. With the passion to learn more about holistic methodologies of movement and teaching, Kellie went on to complete her 200hr Vinyasa Teacher Training certification from the Joschi Yogi Institute and her 25hr Kids Yoga Certification from Yogi Beans, both in NYC. Pulling from her dance background, Kellie’s goal is for students to experience the unbridled joy of movement through a Vinyasa-driven practice. By empowering her students to take agency in their bodies, Kellie believes this can lead to improved confidence and strength of spirit. Her classes encourage students to explore new spaces and opportunities through breath and asana. When Kellie is not teaching yoga, she can be found teaching and choreographing for the Musical Theater Department at the Regional Center for the Arts in Trumbull.
